Perpetual Growth Partnership’s rebrand answers with quiet confidence.

Perpetual Growth Partnership is a consultancy shaped by decades of senior corporate and entrepreneurial leadership. Founded by Kirsten Cox and Justine Upton, PGP works in long-term mentoring partnerships, developing confident leaders and resilient organisations through experience, judgement, and sustained involvement.

Their work was considered and effective. Their brand was not yet carrying the same weight.

The existing identity felt understated to the point of anonymity, particularly within a consultancy landscape crowded with generic claims and interchangeable visuals. It did not reflect what made PGP distinctive. This was not distant advice delivered from above. This was strategic partnership delivered alongside leaders, combining established thinking with genuine human connection.

My role was to bring the brand into alignment with the calibre of the work.

From the outset, the balance mattered. Authority without corporate stiffness. Strategic clarity without rigidity. Partnership without softening credibility. The work began by understanding what PGP actually delivers day to day. Not sessions or documents, but mentoring relationships that shape better decision-making, stronger leadership, and long-term impact.

That understanding led to a clear positioning. Strategy and mentoring, held together. Expertise with empathy. Results measured not only in outcomes, but in legacy.

The visual identity follows the same logic. The upward growth arrow, refined typography, and restrained palette work together to communicate authority that remains accessible. Professionalism without distance. Confidence without performance. Each element reinforces the idea that sustainable growth begins with people.

This positioning mattered because most consultancies present themselves above their clients. Advice is given. Engagements conclude. PGP needed to be seen differently. As partners who remain present through change, not commentators who step away once recommendations are delivered.

The refreshed identity reflects that stance. Trusted advisors with decades of experience, represented with warmth and restraint. A brand that mirrors PGP’s philosophy: partnerships outperform hierarchies, and long-term thinking outweighs short-term metrics.

During discovery, what stood out was the depth of expertise paired with genuine care for outcomes. As Kirsten Cox reflected:

The logo design became the most immediate expression of this balance. The primary wordmark combines confident letterforms with an upward growth arrow that moves forward as well as upward. It signals momentum rather than ambition alone. Established, but not static. Authoritative, without formality.

The complete logo suite allows for flexibility across contexts. A primary wordmark, an abbreviated PGP mark, a simplified text version, and the arrow as a standalone brandmark. Each version maintains consistency while supporting practical application.

Typography was selected to reflect the duality at the heart of the brand. Headings carry confidence and presence. Body text prioritises clarity and ease of reading. Together, they support everything from board-level presentations to mentoring materials, without shifting tone or authority.

The colour palette was structured with intention. Executive Navy anchors credibility. Clarity Blue introduces forward movement. Momentum Gold adds warmth and optimism. Partnership Copper grounds the system in human connection. Resilience Grey provides structure and balance throughout.

While the identity needed to feel appropriate for senior leadership environments, it also needed to remain approachable. That balance is carried through the palette and typographic system, where authority is always tempered with warmth, and professionalism never becomes distance.

The resulting brand system extends across website design, social presence, workshops, and supporting materials. Whether presenting to boards or working one-to-one with leaders, PGP now shows up with consistency, clarity, and quiet confidence.
