Accessibility
Hashtag is committed to ensuring this website is accessible, usable, and respectful of all visitors.
We believe clarity and considered design should extend to everyone who engages with our work.
Our approach
We aim to follow recognised best practice guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines issued by the World Wide Web Consortium. Accessibility is considered during design, development, and content updates.
This includes:
- Clear, structured headings to support assistive technologies
- Meaningful alternative text for images
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
- Descriptive links that make sense out of context
- Logical page structure and readable typography
- Keyboard navigation across core areas of the site
- Content that remains understandable if styles are reduced or disabled
Design considerations
As a brand strategy studio, we value restraint and clarity. Our visual palette is selected with readability in mind, ensuring adequate contrast and legibility across devices
We avoid relying on colour alone to communicate meaning. Where possible, we use text labels, structure, and spacing to reinforce clarity.
Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review the site periodically and refine where needed. However, we recognise that accessibility is a broad and evolving discipline. There may be areas that can be improved.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, or require information in a different format, please contact us. We will respond promptly and seek a suitable solution.
