Rosie had already built a successful business helping women feel more confident with technology, but the brand had become a collection of ideas rather than a clear identity.
Over time, different offers, services and visuals had been added as the business evolved. While the expertise was undeniable, the brand itself felt fragmented. It was difficult to see the bigger picture of what Rosie was building and what made her different from every other digital support provider.
The goal wasn’t simply to refresh the logo. It was to create a brand that could bring everything together.
We developed an entirely new visual identity built around the idea of navigating the digital universe with confidence. The result was a playful but strategic brand system that transformed technology from something intimidating into something approachable, colourful and engaging. From the iconography and illustrations through to the messaging and website experience, every element was designed to make digital support feel less overwhelming and more accessible.
Alongside the rebrand, we redesigned the website to create a clearer customer journey and better showcase Rosie’s growing range of services, courses and support options. The structure became simpler, the messaging became sharper, and the brand finally had room to grow without losing clarity.
The social media evolved alongside the business. What began as a fairly traditional collection of posts developed into a cohesive content system with distinct campaigns, stronger visual consistency and clearer positioning. The result was a recognisable presence that reflected Rosie’s personality while reinforcing her expertise.
What makes this project particularly rewarding is that it wasn’t a one-off transformation. Rosie and I worked together over several years as the business continued to evolve, allowing the brand, website and content strategy to grow alongside her ambitions.
The result is a business that feels unmistakably Rosie. Knowledgeable without being intimidating, colourful without losing credibility, and structured in a way that helps her audience feel capable rather than confused.
